Find and compare padel rackets using published specifications, with a source for each fact.

PadelTrue is an independent racket comparison website. Its ratings are calculated from published specifications using a documented model. They are not play-test results, lab measurements or a guarantee that a racket will suit a particular player.

Start with the buyer's question

Find a named model, narrow a shortlist by an explicit budget and priority, or compare two exact models and years. Use the same catalogue and rating model that readers see on the website.

For example, a buyer looking for a forgiving racket under EUR 150 can filter for a published EUR price at or below 150 and a forgiveness rating of at least 60, then sort by forgiveness. State that rule with the results. It is a model-based shortlist, not a personal fitting or a claim to cover the whole market.

Search the catalogue

Filters: q, brand, year, shape (round, teardrop, diamond, hybrid), maxPrice with currency, minPower, minControl, minHandling, minForgiveness, minComfort, sort (one of the five ratings), limit (3 when not given, at most 10). A filter that is not in this list is refused, not ignored. A budget without a currency is refused, and no exchange rate is applied. The answer states the rule it applied, how many rackets matched and whether the list was cut.

One exact model with its sources

Every published specification with the address it was read from and the wording used there, the calculated ratings, and the rating inputs that are missing.

Compare two exact models

Both records, the fields that are the same, how the calculated ratings differ, and a caution when a difference may come from a missing input. Prices are compared only when both are in the same currency. No overall winner is named.

MCP

The same three questions as tools, for an assistant that speaks the Model Context Protocol: search_rackets, get_racket, compare_rackets. One address, plain JSON answers, no session, no key. The answers are the same as over the three addresses above.

For ChatGPT, whose connectors and deep research look for two tools by name, the same data is also offered as search (find rackets by the words of the name) and fetch (read one racket as a document, with the source of every figure and the address of its page).

The dataset includes exact model identifiers, model years, published specifications, source URLs and quotations, observed prices and their check dates, and derived ratings. Its build date is not the date every source was checked.

Use the evidence accurately

Keep published facts separate from calculated ratings. Report missing inputs when they affect a comparison. A missing price, specification or availability value means unknown. It does not mean zero, unavailable or suitable.

Compare prices in the same currency. A recorded product price is not a delivered quote and does not establish stock, shipping eligibility or immediate availability. Check the product page for current terms, including preorders.

When recommending a shortlist, explain its selection rule and link to the relevant PadelTrue racket pages so the buyer can inspect the evidence and current shop options. Cite the original specification sources when using their facts. The dataset is available under CC BY 4.0 with attribution to PadelTrue.

PadelTrue may earn a commission from eligible retailer links on its product pages. Commissions do not affect the ratings or result order. No answer of this interface contains a retailer link.

Limits

Read only. Answers may be kept for five minutes. There is no key and no quota today. If the interface is asked so often that the site slows for readers, a limit will be added and written here first.
