How PadelTrue makes money

Which links

Retailer buttons on racket pages, the ones labelled with a retailer's name. Links labelled as a manufacturer's product page and every link in an evidence column are plain links and earn nothing.

Why a commission cannot change a rating

Ratings are computed by code from the manufacturer's published specification. The code does not know which retailers pay, what they pay, or whether a racket is sold by any of them. The full formula is on the methodology page and every racket page prints its own arithmetic, so anyone can check that a number follows from the specs.

What is never done here

• No paid placement. A brand cannot buy a position or a rating.
• No rating changes on request. A figure changes when a source shows it is wrong.
• No undisclosed links. Affiliate links are marked as sponsored in the page code and disclosed on the page.

This disclosure follows the US Federal Trade Commission's endorsement rules and the UK Advertising Standards Authority's guidance on affiliate marketing.
