Racket data you can check

Most racket ratings ask you to trust them. This one shows its work.

Racket review sites score rackets out of 100 and rarely say where the numbers come from. Some state that their formula is proprietary. None that we could find link a weight, a balance or a material to the page that published it.

PadelTrue does three things differently.

• Every spec has a source. Each figure links to the manufacturer or retailer page it came from and quotes the wording used there.
• The formula is printed. Every weight is on the methodology page, with the evidence for each direction, and each racket page prints its own arithmetic.
• Gaps are shown, not filled. When a manufacturer does not publish a spec, the page says so. When too little is published, the racket is held back and listed as held back.

What this is not

It is not a play test. Nobody here claims to have hit a thousand rackets. A rating describes what a build favours on paper, and measured differences between rackets are smaller than marketing suggests. How a racket plays depends on the player first.

PadelTrue is not affiliated with any manufacturer or retailer. It earns commission on some retailer links, which is explained in the disclosure.
